FLATTIP® unloading by belt conveyor system

A belt conveyor system of remarkable practicality

Tipping by conveyor allows unequalled precision in the removal of materials, asphalt, sand or rocks. The adjustable unloading speed allows a measured release adapted to every need. The system eliminates the loss of material thanks to the movement of the conveyor belt and the scraper preventing the return of the material.

All operations can be done by the driver from the cab of the vehicle, including opening and closing the tipper. Maintenance is made easier by inspection trapdoor, and is simple to perform by one man.

Note that the FLATTIP® conveyor belt tipper can be adapted to a finisher to create a road in a single pass.

By removing the lifting of the tipper, the FLATTIP® belt conveyor system eliminates the risk of tipping such as that of snagging with high voltage lines, bridges and all the other infrastructures present in the work environment. FLATTIP® is ideal for working in tunnels.

The trucks, due to the perfect stability when emptying the tipper, can also unload in complete safety on steep or uneven ground. There is no need to search for a favorable position to unload: productivity is enhanced by saving time in total safety.

To allow as many people as possible to quickly benefit from its revolutionary system, AFHYMAT commercializes kits from its own production to several semi-trailer manufacturers. The FLATTIP® unloading system exists in a semi-trailer version or in tipper version. Furthermore, whatever the capacity of your tipper, the FLATTIP® kit of AFHYMAT will be able to adapt and offers a complete and exemplary modularity.

The productivity gain isn’t the only benefit to be expected. The maintenance of a belt conveyor system is indeed much less expensive than a moving floor tipper or a tipping tipper for example.
