FLATTIP® unloading by belt conveyor system

All operations can be carried out by the driver from the cab of the vehicle, or by the operator from the finisher when laying asphalt, using the multifunction remote control.

By removing the lifting of the tipper, the FLATTIP® belt conveyor system eliminates the risk of tipping such as that of snagging with high voltage lines, bridges and all the other infrastructures present in the work environment. FLATTIP® is ideal for working in tunnels.

The trucks, due to the perfect stability when emptying the tipper, can also unload in complete safety on steep or uneven ground. There is no need to search for a favorable position to unload: productivity is enhanced by saving time in total safety.

To allow as many people as possible to quickly benefit from its revolutionary system, AFHYMAT commercializes kits from its own production to several semi-trailer manufacturers. The FLATTIP® unloading system exists in a semi-trailer version or in tipper version. Furthermore, whatever the capacity of your tipper, the FLATTIP® kit of AFHYMAT will be able to adapt and offers a complete and exemplary modularity.

The productivity gain isn’t the only benefit to be expected. The maintenance of a belt conveyor system is indeed much less expensive than a moving floor tipper or a tipping tipper for example.

Also, thanks to the increased safety for workers, the public authorities can subsidise the purchase of a carpet skip. In France, any company with fewer than 50 employees purchasing such equipment will be eligible for a subsidy from the CRAM.
