Member of the French Federation of Industrial Bodywork, AFHYMAT offers aluminum body solutions. From its production site in Roye (80) France, we support you on all your bespoke bodywork projects for commercial vehicles from 3.5T to 7.5T including the range of Pickup vehicles, from design to manufacturing to assembly of the bodywork.

The meaning of tailor-made

We manufacture turnkey aluminum bodies with a unique concept. Our creations are rifted and bolted, no welding is involved in our manufacturing process. AFHYMAT manufactures its own components and accessories for its bodywork: casting, forging, aluminum extrusion and rubber molding, which makes our products authentic. We work in collaboration with industrial vehicle manufacturers in order to always be in line with the evolution of chassis cab vehicles and to offer bodies designed to be installed easily and quickly according to the vehicle brands.

AFHYMAT manufactures, on request, steel or aluminum tipper extensions as well as interior boxes for the tipper, back of the cabin or on the side of the vehicle adapted to your activity. Made-to-measure remains the common thread of our profession.

Garbage Compactor

AFHYMAT  is proud to present its range of small garbage compactor by offering a range of tipper from 3 to 7m3, with and without compaction. We design compactor unique to each use and for each brand of commercial vehicles up to 7.5T. Our know-how and our tailor-made design allow us to adapt perfectly to the conditions of use of our customers, whether on thermal or electric vehicles. Our  bin lifters are designed to take containers from 120L to 1000L. We also sell garbage compactor type rear step. We work in close collaboration with commercial vehicle manufacturers such as:  PIAGGIO, GOUPIL, ISUZU, IVECO, RENAULT, FUSO etc ….

Wintering solutions

AFHYMAT also offers a range of solutions for wintering. Indeed, we have developed a snow plow blade specially designed for light vehicles and pick-ups with quick assembly / disassembly for easy storage outside the winter season. In addition to snow plow blades, we sell 12/24V electric spreaders with a capacity ranging from 1.2m3 to 2.0m3. Made of a single piece of Polyethylene and stainless steel, it is resistant to extreme conditions.
