As a manufacturer of hydraulic components and turnkey solutions for industrial vehicles, AFHYMAT works with its customers on the components that make up hydraulic equipment to fit any proposal perfectly to customer requirements. Our PTOs

Among the hydraulic components we manufacture, we also offer power take-offs (PTOs) and transfer gearboxes for commercial vehicles and trucks. Our power take-offs are available in UNI (3-hole), ISO (4-hole) and Spicer plate versions. The entire range is available in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic versions. Our PTOs are adaptable to gearboxes: ZF, MERCEDES, SCANIA, IVECO, RENAULT/VOLVO, ISUZU, NISSAN, HINO, EICHER, MITSUBISHI, FORD, TRAXON, ALISSON, CHELSEA, EATON, KAMAZ, MAZ etc …

Our valves

We manufacture a complete range of tipper valves, monobloc valves, sectional directional control valves and proportional valves. The tipper valves are designed for specific functions (tipper with front cylinder/underbody). Sectional directional control valves are made to customer specifications and are available with flow rates ranging from 50 to 180 l/min and working pressures from 80 to 350 bar. Our proportional valves equip different types of industrial vehicles requiring greater working precision, such as concrete pumps, lifting cranes, vacuum cleaners, etc. Thanks to our integrated manufacturing unit and our central warehouse, AFHYMAT offers its customers more than 20,000 references.

Electo hydraulic powerpacks

AFHYMAT designs and manufactures standard powerpacks that are already assembled with factory default parameters. At the same time, our design office works on problems related to your activity for which the ‘standard’ cannot be compatible. In fact, it may be necessary to make some modifications specific to your activity. That’s why we also produce powerpacks on request to meet all possible applications. Each powerpack produced by AFHYMAT is tested on our certified test bench. The test includes checking two important elements: flow rate and pressure. As a result, our equipment can be used in public works, specific transport, industry and the nautical sector.
